    Glacier 1.1.0 adds an improved configuration system.

    Previously, the configuration was read from an .env. This env file had to be in the current working directory, so you couldn't call the CLI from anywhere. Now, you can configure in 3 ways, with each one overriding the previous one in order :

    1. Global config file: ~/.config/glacier.toml
    2. Local config file: .config/glacier.toml
    3. Environment variables (including .env files) <- same as before
